Years ago I wrote a song called Justice and Amor. It is a short story/folk song about the unity between God’s justice and His love. I only understand in part, when I wrote this song, the reality of this truth and its necessity to understanding who Father God is. Most of my songwriting came out of intimate times with the Lord where I felt as though I was dictating more than creating. This song is one of those, where the inspiration and wisdom and perspective were beyond my ability to comprehend or craft.

Years later, I understand more than I had before, and yet am still working on embracing and allowing this truth to consume like a fire, every area of my life. I am on a journey, as are we all. I pray that this song enlightens, unveils, and points you in a direction that leads to truth and to your truest Home.

Once upon a time there was a rather large estate that was owned by a very wealthy man. In fact he was so wealthy, that this estate was not his only one. He would travel throughout the year to the different properties that he owned, only staying at each one for a month or so. Regardless, he would leave somewhat abruptly, without much notice, and would return in the same manner.

Upon leaving he would entrust that estate under the watch of one of his servants. He would name them the lead servant and give them directions as to the care of the estate in its entirety.
