There is a story in the Bible that has become one of my favorites over the past years. It is the story of three men who chose to not just worship God, but to serve Him.
Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were 3 exiles that were brought to Egypt when they were boys. They were a part of the king’s plan to bring the best of wisdom and understanding from another culture into his land. This king who was known as prideful and arrogant, would undergo many different situations that would test him and refine him to the point where he understood that there was only One True God, and He alone reigns.

You find yourself in a completely white room. It’s so white, that you don’t even know if there’s walls surrounding you, a floor below, or a ceiling above. It is the picture of perfect peace. There is nothing to think about, nothing to concern you, just white.

You lost your trust
I recently had a dream and in the dream there was a group of people standing around and talking in a room. I didn’t feel like I was part of the group, but I was present. A baby began crying and wouldn’t stop. I was waiting for someone to respond, but no one seemed to hear it and it didn’t seem like there was anyone claiming the child as their own. I kept wondering why no one was taking care of this baby who had an obvious need and no one to fulfill it. I immediately knew what to do to calm this baby down. I picked the baby up and sat down on a recliner chair that was in the middle of the room and began to sing this song that I had heard before, to her.
